Fajri Mango

فجری آم چھوٹے سے درمیانے سائز کے ہوتے ہیں جن کا ذائقہ میٹھا، بھرپور اور خوشبو دار ہوتا ہے۔ یہ عام طور پر بیضوی یا لمبا شکل کے ہوتے ہیں۔ ان آموں کی جلد سبزی مائل زرد ہوتی ہے جس پر چھوٹے سفید نقطے ہوتے ہیں۔ پنجاب اور سندھ میں بہت مقبول، بڑے سائز کا فجری آم ایک منفرد گودا بھرا ذائقہ رکھتا ہے اور جولائی میں دستیابی اس کی مقبولیت کی وجہ ہے۔

Fajri mangoes are small to medium in size with a sweet, rich and aromatic taste. They are usually oval or oblong in shape. The skin of these mangoes is greenish yellow with small white dots on it. Very popular in Punjab and Sindh, the large size Fajri mango has a unique pulpy taste and its availability in July is the reason for its popularity.
